Success with Soul KeyNotes & Meet-ups

Success With Soul is a series of conversations — some spoken on stage, others held in quiet circles — for people who are achieving a great deal and yet sensing that something essential deserves more attention.

Through memoir-style keynotes and intimate meet-ups, these gatherings explore success, presence, pain, and becoming, inviting a more humane way of leading, building, and living.

This is not about motivation.
It is about remembering what it feels like to be alive.

The Success with Soul Key Note

I didn’t set out to create a keynote.

This story emerged the way the rest of my work has — through lived experience, loss, and questions I could no longer ignore.

For a long time, I lived inside what the world calls success. Titles, responsibility, momentum. From the outside, everything made sense. From the inside, something was quietly slipping away. I was achieving, but no longer fully alive.

Success With Soul is the story of that realisation.

It explores what happens when ambition outpaces presence, when performance replaces meaning, and when we inherit definitions of success without asking whether they fit the lives we are actually living. It is also a story of return — listening to pain, memory, dreams, and silence, and rediscovering success as something quieter, truer, and more human.

When I share this keynote, I don’t arrive with answers. I arrive with a life. I speak about corporate corridors and public service, grief and reinvention, losing certainty and learning to live again. The rooms are usually calm. People listen differently.

This is not a motivational performance. It is an invitation to reflect on what we are building — and who we are becoming while we build it.

Success With Soul can be shared as a short conference reflection, a full keynote, or alongside an intimate meet-up where stories are held rather than hurried past.

If your audience is navigating success, transition, or quiet questions about meaning, this conversation may arrive at the right time.
